Schools and Outdoor Learning Environments (SOLE) is Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s programming focused on the needs of formal education audiences; serving early childhood, Kindergarten through 12th grade, community college and university level students and educators with creating impactful connections to the outdoors.

To provide experiences and resources, directly aligned with state academic standards, that connect educators and students to the natural resources of Colorado.
Our Program
We provide high quality standards-aligned resources and hands-on, relevant, nature-based learning experiences, so students and educators will have the opportunity to deepen their connection to Colorado’s natural resources and the work being done by Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
