At James M. Robb, there are two beautiful campsites that can offer you a year-round getaway. These campsites sit along the Colorado River, and offer fishing and swimming opportunities in surrounding lakes and swimming holes.

Campground at Fruita

The Fruita campground offers something for everyone with 57 campsites. There are 22 full hook-up sites that offer 50 amp connections and 22 electric hook-ups that offer 30 amp connections. All tent sites are walk in. This campground is also within walking distance to several shops, restaurants and museums.

Campground at Island Acres

The Island Acres campground offers campers 80 campsites. There are 40 full-hookup sites and 34 electric sites with 30 amp connections. Four of our full hookup sites offer 50 amp connections. There are 6 basic campsites that do not offer any electric for a more bare bones camping experience.
