Whether you are an avid hiker, mountain biker or hunter, or you simply appreciate all the Colorado outdoors has to offer, there are many ways you can get involved. Colorado state parks have a variety of employment and volunteer opportunities. Jobs include naturalists and maintenance and administrative work, and range from full to part time and temporary. Volunteer
You can make a difference by becoming a volunteer. You can learn new skills, meet new people and visit new landscapes.
Park Maintenance
Help maintain the facilities and grounds: constructing and maintaining trails, pulling noxious invasive weeds, native plant garden maintenance and upkeep, and facilities maintenance are all needed.

Welcome visitors entering the park while providing information and selling passes and merchandise. Answer phone calls at the Visitor Center and give trail condition updates and recommendations.

The Friends of Roxborough supports nature education and stewardship of Roxborough State Park and protects the boundaries of the park.
