Picnics and Receptions

Centennial Group Picnic Area

This is a popular location for birthday parties, weddings and receptions. It’s available for reservations throughout the year.

Dunes Group Campground

Visitors are able to make a reservation for Dunes group campground, adjacent to the Centennial Group Picnic Area shelter, on cpwshop.com or by calling the reservation number at 1-800-244-5613 up to six months in advance. The group campground is open year round and has a total of 18 campsites (electricity includes: 20, 30 and 50 amp).

Enjoy educational programs, learn about wildlife and go on a nature trail just yards away. 

Cove campground houses an amphitheater which offers weekend interpretive programs (usually presented from Memorial Day through Labor Day), a self-guided nature trail and a watchable wildlife kiosk.
