Whether you are an avid hiker, mountain biker or hunter, or you simply appreciate all the Colorado outdoors has to offer, there are many ways you can get involved. Colorado state parks have a variety of employment and volunteer opportunities. Jobs include naturalists and maintenance and administrative work, and range from full to part time and temporary. Special Projects

Special projects may include: writing and developing outdoor interpretive signs for self-guided trails or roadside exhibits, recruiting other volunteers, Eagle Scout projects, and photographing or videotaping park programs, special events or resources. Volunteers may also assist in planning volunteer recognition or social events, provide equipment or expertise, design and create puppets, historical costumes and more.
