Two mile hike by School Pond.
About this Event
Enjoy a peaceful hike in the woods in a quiet part of the park past the small but beautiful School Pond. This is a 1.6 mile hike with experienced volunteer naturalist, Rose, who can answer questions you have regarding local plants, animals or park history.
This hike includes uphill and downhill. Pack layers, sun protection and water.
Meet at School Pond Trailhead. There is no restroom here. Stop by the Visitor Center beforehand if you need to use the restroom, refill water or purchase a park pass.
This program is free with a park pass.
