Whether you are an avid hiker, mountain biker or hunter, or you simply appreciate all the Colorado outdoors has to offer, there are many ways you can get involved. Colorado state parks have a variety of employment and volunteer opportunities. Jobs include naturalists and maintenance and administrative work, and range from full to part time and temporary. Volunteer
Education Program Assistance
Assists with interpretation, education, and/or outdoor skill stations for student field trips as needed. Program information/outlines and education kits are made available when appropriate for activities.
Maintenance and Construction
Repair and construct fence; clean up park grounds and facilities; complete special or seasonal maintenance tasks such as boat dock repair; do carpentry, remodeling or other construction projects; provide landscape design and/or assist with minor vehicle/boat/equipment repairs and maintenance.
Visitor Services
Assist in a variety of clerical and office support duties Assist with a variety of clerical, general office support duties or fee collection.
