Exploration of Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep

Join us for some insightful education on Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep! Cassidy English, our Southwest district wildlife manager, will be sharing knowledge of how our native Bighorn Sheep survive in the Rockies, their food source and habitat adaptations.
You will learn the difference between a ewe and a ram and how to identify a ram horn measurements, and fun facts that you never knew about Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep!
Safety: Due to El Paso County Public Health COVID restrictions, face masks are mandatory and practicing 6-feet social distancing. Currently, space is limited to 10 participants.
Registration is required, so don't delay and call the Visitor Center at (719)576-2016 to reserve a spot.
The hike is free, but a valid park pass is required on every vehicle that enters the park. That is only $9 per vehicle.
