At Colorado Parks and Wildlife, we’re passionate about what we do, because what we do makes a difference.
Our work is meaningful, but not always easy. We get our boots dirty to manage the land, care for the State Parks, and keep trails open and safe. Someone has to keep the lakes clean, keep the weeds in check, monitor the herds, flocks and fish stocks, and watch out for threats to the health and safety of the outdoors. We all work, grow, and play as one team focused on doing our best for Colorado, one job at a time.
As caretakers entrusted with conserving and protecting our natural resources, and the safety of our public while enjoying these resources, we take great pride in our commitment to the people of Colorado.
We provide responsive services with an honest desire to inform, educate, and help our customers to create life-long stewards committed to our shared mission.
We strive to be the best and continually work toward better each day to fulfill our mission in a world of ever-changing conditions. We support, encourage and challenge each other to improve and grow not just as employees, but as a family.
We work where everyone comes to play, which means we know how to have fun! We value diverse backgrounds, expertise, and ideas as we honor each other and our collective accomplishments. Life is more than the work you do, so we believe in balancing the needs of our employees with flexible working schedules, outstanding medical and retirement benefits and family friendly policies.
Our jobs aren’t for everyone, but if this sounds like what you’re looking for, maybe it’s for you.
We are an equal opportunity employer and strive to create an environment that is inclusive, respectful, and equitable, and to employ the talents of people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to accomplish our mission.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
