Colorado Plateau Geology Presentation

We will discuss some of the amazing geology and discoveries made of the Colorado Plateau and its totally-contained spectacular Grand Staircase by examining the location, characteristics, formation, rocks, and landscape of this region of the Southwestern US. We will also relive the adventure of traveling through the expanse of the Colorado Plateau with its varied features and a trip up the Grand Staircase, bottom-to-top, from the Grand Canyon to Bryce Canyon through a photo presentation exploring the splendor of this fascinating subregion of the Colorado Plateau.
