Terrain: The ranch is located in the rolling sagebrush hills that are the lower slopes of the Elkhead Mountains. Upper slopes have some pinyon juniper cover.
Access: Access is by 4-wheel drive, on existing ranch roads.
Camping: Not allowed on ranch
Game Retrieval Services: Some game retrieval services are provided. Contact the ranch for further information.
Guiding Services: Guiding services will be provided to hunters holding buck mule deer licenses and for the first 5 days of the October/November either-sex elk license at no charge. Optional guiding services for the November portion of the October/November either-sex hunt can be available with advanced notice.
Overnight Accommodations: Motels and campgrounds are available in Craig, Hayden, and Steamboat Springs.

Antler-point restrictions for elk vary by ranch. Please refer to the brochure for more information. No over-the-counter licenses are offered on these properties. Ranching for Wildlife licenses are open to Colorado residents only. Licenses are only for the season and ranch on the license. For more information on season dates and application deadlines, see the
