All Campgrounds are currently closed.
Camping reservations are required for all campgrounds, and can still be made for dates later than April 30, at CPWshop.com.
At this time, everyone with camping reservations between now and April 30 should change or cancel their reservations. No additional fee will be charged. Any April reservation still active on April 2 will be automatically cancelled, and full refunds will be given.
Primitive Campgrounds, Windsurf Beach and Arboles Point, are reservable for the first time, and reservations can be made for dates after April 30 at CPWshop.com.
Current closures include the following:
- Visitor Center is closed to the public, howerver, staff are available by phone. Please call 970-883-2208.
- All campgrounds are closed until further notice.
- The dump station at Carracas campground is still closed for the winter.
- The camper services buildings and small restroom buildings are still closed, so campers should use the vault toilets in the primitive campgrounds.
