Roxborough State Park Public Interpretive Nature Programs and Events

Roxborough State Park is known for its dramatic red rock formations, diversity of wildlife, and beautiful flowers that blanket the landscape.

Come explore this beautiful park with one of our Volunteer Naturalists. We offer guided educational programs, hikes and events year-round for your enjoyment.

Discover Roxborough's geology, wildlife, plants, archaeology, history and more. Connect with family, friends and the natural world. We offer programs from the very young to adults and for individuals, groups, and families. Check out our program offerings from the calendar off the CPW Connect website.

Special Activity Agreement (SAA) may be required if you are an organized group, profit or non-profit, planning to attend for a specific activity. This form must be filled out, sent in, and approved by the Park Manager prior to your visit. In most cases a fee is required in addition to the park entrance fee. Please call the visitor center at (303)973-3959 to get specific group requirements.
