Campsites are first come-first served from Oct 1st to Memorial Day Weekend 2024. Campgrounds will be closed for the season based on weather conditions.

The Sunrise Vista campground, the Bridge Island Loop, and the RV Dump and Fill station are now closed for the season. Please obey all barricades.
Campsites in the Wheeler loop at Steamboat Lake and the Pearl Lake campground are available at a first come first served basis until winter conditions close these down. Camping permits can be purchased at the kiosk in the entrance of each campground, by completing a self-serve camping envelope, or by visiting the visitor center during hours of operation.

There are 188 non-electric and/or electric campsites, mostly sunny and some with natural shade, with a number near the shoreline.
Sites 181-200 are walk- in tent sites ( You park and carry your stuff to your site. Wheelbarrows available for use). NO ROOF TOP TENTS ALLOWED IN THESE SITES.

The water hydrants in the Bridge Island walk-in sites will be unavailable for use due to maintenance issues. Available hydrants include: The fill station at the Dutch Hill Campground, the hydrants by sites 166 and 173 in Bridge Island.
Please help us take care of our amenities and do not dump or flush sanitary wipes, diapers or any other foreign material in vault toilets, flushable toilets and the dump station. These items cause costly repairs to our waste water system and leads to the dump station and Camper Services Building to be closed.
