The lake is at 729 surface acres with a surface elevation of 6184.42. Surface water is frozen. The lake froze over as of 12/28/18 and is thin roughly 2in along the south shore.

Reilly Canyon: the river has slowed down to a trickle and heavy willows/vegetation has emerged around the lake. Ice in the inlet, be wary of the river current underneath the ice. Reports of around 3in-3.5in of ice 20ft off shore.
Trout are being caught with jigs.
A reminder that there is no such thing as safe ice.
